This renting building was built on a narrow plot than despite its side allows to develop an important facade on a major street. Its organization is classic downtown buildings: shops on the ground floor, offices on the middle floors and housing at the last level.
Its curved glass facade contrasts with the typology of the existing habitat. The stone cladding ennobles the building and the entrance marked by the sun breeze covered with '' Metéon '' monumentalizes the access. The treatment of the lobby is softer (wood / plaster / indirect light) to restore warmth and personalize offices.
